Bright Yellow Socks

See, this is what I'm like. I start a project, work industriously, and then for no reason I can ascertain, stop and go start something else.

So, I'm halfway through a golden-yellow sock that might actually be too big for me. I'm still learning this, if it's too wide, I'll give it to my mom (the pair, when complete). Or try felting. Or *something*.

I'm using gold yarn from an old Herrschner's afghan kit that a friend of mine got fed up with, 2-ply, size 2 needles. Basic top-down pattern, I just now am starting the gusset.
